We greatly appreciate your business and cooperation during these trying times. Every order, large or small, is of the utmost importance to us. Despite all issues related to national shortages and general anxieties due to the coronavirus pandemic, we urge you to be patient and encourage you to remember that we are all in this together. Credit Card Fraud:
Please note that all credit cards are charged at the time of checkout as to help prevent fraudulent orders. If you complete the checkout process using a credit card, Paypal, or Google checkout as a form of payment, you are certifying that you have the consent of the cardholder and all charges are lawful. For protections to our customers, you may be asked to fill out a credit card authorization form, if your order is being shipped to an address different than the credit card billing address, is over 500 US dollars, or is an international order.
If you are caught violating this policy we will forward the transaction to the proper authorities in your region. We take credit card fraud very seriously and will aggressively pursue prosecution to the fullest extent permissible by law. All transactions are logged with IP address and we will use any and all means to have violators prosecuted, no matter how small the transaction.
International Orders and Importation Policies
All items sold on this site are available to international customers residing outside of the United States. It is the customer’s responsibility to know the importation restrictions of the country in which they reside. Importation fees and duties, maybe required to import certain items into your country, it is the customer's responsibility to handle fees required by your customs office. In addition if required, any licensing, business licences, or required certifications by your country must be furnished and presented by the importer of customer upon arrival of the package to the customs office in your country. The customer assumes all liability regarding the importation of any item purchased. At no time will Luxe Heal. be held responsible for non-delivery of any order that is stopped by the Customs of the country in which the customer resides. In the event that the Customs of the country in which the customer resides seizes a package because the customer purchased an item that is regulated or not allowed for importation into their respective country, the customer agrees to waive all rights to any claim against Luxe Heal, Inc. At no time will Luxe Heal. be responsible for issuing a credit or refunding any monies for any package that is seized by the Customs of the country in which the customer resides.
